ABOUT SUGRAHINI

Promoting Strength, Confidence, and Growth for Women Within the AWC Community

Detailed Description

Sugrahini is an initiative dedicated to women empowerment within the Army War College community. It aims to foster personal development, leadership skills, confidence, and overall well-being among women—whether they are officers’ families, staff members, or part of the extended campus environment. The program encourages active participation, skill-building, and community engagement through a variety of educational, cultural, and welfare activities.

Sugrahini provides a meaningful platform where women can explore new opportunities, enhance their talents, and participate in initiatives that promote independence and self-growth. The activities are designed to strengthen social bonding, improve knowledge, and support women in contributing positively to the community.

The initiative also conducts awareness programs, training sessions, and workshops focused on health, education, self-reliance, entrepreneurship, and safety. Through continuous guidance and support, Sugrahini reflects the Army War College’s commitment to creating an environment that values dignity, empowerment, and equal opportunity.
