LIBRARY RULES
LIB MEMBERSHIP: A one-time fee of ?5/- for the cost of the library card and monthly membership fees of ?100/- will be levied.
BOOKS/ MAGAZINES: Books for 14 days & magazines for 5 days are loaned with a valid library membership card. The book must be reissued or returned after the deadline. Current magazines are not loaned.
LATE FEES: A fine of 50 paise per book per day will be charged for late returns.
RESERVATION POLICY: Reserved book will be issued to the reserved member only.
PMRC (Professional Military Research Centre): All PMRC materials are for reference only.
LOSS OR DAMAGE: Original cost will be charged for lost/ damaged books/ periodicals. Fine of ?30/- will be levied for loss of library membership card.

Membership on Caution Money for Veterans
- Application should be made in the name of the Vice Chairman.
- A refundable caution money of ?2500/- can be deposited via cheque or cash. If paying by cheque, it should be payable to the "Library Management Fund."
- For library membership, a subscription fee of ?100/- per month to be paid either monthly or as a lump sum for the entire year (?1200/-). This subscription amount, whether in cheque or cash, should be payable to the "Library Membership Subscription Fund."
- Caution money will be refunded after the membership ends, upon submission of an application form.
