Mission
To empower Army War College in achieving the hallmark of Centre of Excellence by undertaking profound research and analysis of the curriculum of the Army War College in the Art and Science of Warfare and Warfighting, across the entire spectrum of conflict and establishing a seminal connect between the operational and strategic direction of war in the contemporary and dynamic environment.
Role
- To undertake research & studies on contemporary strategic, operational & tactical issues.
- To recommend doctrines & concepts for the Indian Army.
- To act as an interface between Army War College & the environment.
- To promote original thinking on contemporary issues.
- To conduct lectures for the Wings & other War Colleges.
- To assist various wings in the conduct of wargames.
